"Story behind the scenes"
Some time ago, I borrowed a designers creations: clothing, shoes, jewelery and accessories. I had realized a fashion editorial but I found that I did not emphasize enough its jewels and accessories that are so original. So I decided to make a beauty-editorial. I wanted some graphic and refined things. I remembered a talented makeup artist who is very good at making graphic makeups. I contacted her and she was thrilled to participate in the project! For this beauty shoot, I imagined a very clear model whom pastel colors would fit perfectly that the designer uses a lot in his creations. I contacted several models of this profile and Marie was interested in participating.
The only problem I had was the lack of a suitable lens for this type of shooting. But I've been given an old Vivitar Series 1 lens. For those who know it, they know it is a lens that does not have any auto focus. So doing a sharp picture was a big problem but I decided to take up the challenge.
During the shooting we laughed a lot because of the defect of the lens. I forced the model to do the same poses over and over because I missed my manual focus so often. She told me she felt like a robot. On top of this this I decided to hold in one hand a glass prism in front of the lens to give a duplication effect of the model on the picture. To my astonishment, it did not give the effect of duplication but a rainbow effect!
Hence I named our editorial "Over the Rainbow".

About Ananne:

As a practicing physician specializing in neurology, immunology, and holistic medicine, Prof. Dr. med. Urs Pohlman, the founder and developer of Anane premium natural Skincare, advocates for an integrative healing approach. He emphasizes the importance of the skin in this method, as it uniquely reveals energetic imbalances, nutritional deficiencies, and hidden illnesses.

Dr. Pohlman has observed a rise in skin issues that traditional clinical diagnoses do not address. There is an increasing prevalence of weakened immune systems, bacterial, and fungal infections. Often, these conditions are side effects of using inappropriate cosmetics, which can disturb the skin's balance and cause irritation.

In contrast to conventional cosmetics, the medical perspective on aging involves understanding the balance between daily energy expenditure and the rest required for rejuvenation. "Anti-aging" is about enhancing the body's natural regenerative abilities to ensure optimal functioning.

Through years of patient interaction and extensive research at the University Hospital Basel and Duke University Medical Center, Dr. Pohlman acquired interdisciplinary knowledge about the body's complex regeneration processes. He utilized this expertise to create highly effective formulations.

His company, ananné, is dedicated to the responsible use of resources, ethical treatment of employees, and fair trade practices. Dr. Pohlman and his team are committed to making a positive impact on the world.

"We strive to optimize our processes," he explains. "Whether it’s through energy-efficient practices, recyclable packaging, or sourcing fair trade products, we aim to reduce our ecological footprint and conserve energy for everyone involved. I find joy in problem-solving as both a doctor and entrepreneur."
