During each shoot I experiment a lot. I use a combination of different light sources like LED lamps, special photo flashlights, camera flashes and studio lights. I like to create different effects and that for everything one has at home is suitable - For example I like to use glassware to create interesting highlights and distortions or steam to create a larger volume in the portrait. By experimenting with the camera settings, changing the shutter speed, and adding grease to the lens, allows me to diversify my portfolio with art frames. For the kind of work that I do I don't need a special Fotostudio. I shoot a lot of works at home. It is enough to have a small paper background and be able to work with light. In the end, the key to the success of each shoot is the elaboration of the idea that underlies it. The ideas are always detailed, starting from clothes, hairstyles, makeup to model poses and light. It is important to understand what kind of picture I would like to receive as a result before starting the shoot.

About Ananne:

As a practicing physician specializing in neurology, immunology, and holistic medicine, Prof. Dr. med. Urs Pohlman, the founder and developer of Anane premium natural Skincare, advocates for an integrative healing approach. He emphasizes the importance of the skin in this method, as it uniquely reveals energetic imbalances, nutritional deficiencies, and hidden illnesses.

Dr. Pohlman has observed a rise in skin issues that traditional clinical diagnoses do not address. There is an increasing prevalence of weakened immune systems, bacterial, and fungal infections. Often, these conditions are side effects of using inappropriate cosmetics, which can disturb the skin's balance and cause irritation.

In contrast to conventional cosmetics, the medical perspective on aging involves understanding the balance between daily energy expenditure and the rest required for rejuvenation. "Anti-aging" is about enhancing the body's natural regenerative abilities to ensure optimal functioning.

Through years of patient interaction and extensive research at the University Hospital Basel and Duke University Medical Center, Dr. Pohlman acquired interdisciplinary knowledge about the body's complex regeneration processes. He utilized this expertise to create highly effective formulations.

His company, ananné, is dedicated to the responsible use of resources, ethical treatment of employees, and fair trade practices. Dr. Pohlman and his team are committed to making a positive impact on the world.

"We strive to optimize our processes," he explains. "Whether it’s through energy-efficient practices, recyclable packaging, or sourcing fair trade products, we aim to reduce our ecological footprint and conserve energy for everyone involved. I find joy in problem-solving as both a doctor and entrepreneur."
