Submission Guidelines 

"We only publish the best of the industry."

Imagism Magazine accepts fashion-, beauty- and fine art Editorials. Editorials can be submitted by any team-member of a shooting. As soon as the editorial has been accepted we will send you a release form, that the copyrightholder has to sign. 
Submit your work via Kavyar: 

Art. 1

IMAGE REQUIREMENTS:
- 4-8 images (not all images will always be published - it depends on the flow of the magazine)
- JPG format
- sRGB color profile
- Allowed sizes:
The Magazine is A4 so for a full page size Images should be at least 2480 pixels wide x 3508 pixels tall (300 dpi). 

Images might be cropped to fit the layout of the magazine.

If you have. Video (Behind the scenes) of your work please send it to us via submissions@imagismmagazine.com

Accepted works will be published immediately as a "Webitorial" and at a later date we will choose a "best of Webitorials", that we will publish in a printed magazine. Any artist can send us their works (photographer, model, make up artist, hairstylist, designer...). Accepted as a Webitorial does not guarantee a publication in the printed Magazine. 

Art. 2

By submitting your images to Imagism Magazine, you grant us permission to use your images in all of our publications. Print and Online. In all our social Media Channels, Website and Promotional Plattforms. After sumbission has been accepted we will send you a release form to sign. (Or give the copyrightholder to sign, if you aren´t the copyrightholder of the images). 

Include team credits as you wish them to appear in our magazine - Imagism Magazine cannot be held responsible for incorrect credits.

Include your social media handles so that we can link back to you when submitting content to our social media channels. 

Submissions are not paid. But we do promote your images in the online and print magazine aswell as on our website and social media channels. 

Art. 3

STORY BEHIND THE SCENES:
After your submission has been accepted, include a story behind the Images. We would like to get some information on what happened before/during/after the shooting.
To make this task easier you can answer the following questions, but feel free to add anything that you think is relevant to tell your story: 
What gave you the inspiration to make this fotoshooting? 
How did you prepare for the shooting? choose the model, the make up artist, moodboard...
Tell us a little bit about this shooting. Do you have any funny anecdotes from the shooting?
What do you love about your editorial the most?
What obstacles did you have to overcome during your shooting? 
The article should be about 1200 signs.
